Another gorgeous masterpiece from the GROSCHE Design House. Artistic and graceful, the SURREY Steeper teacup is like a teapot in a cup. It has a large steeper basket that holds the tea leaves, and a glass lid that keeps the tea warm while it steeps. It is very easy to use: Place the steeper basket in the cup, add the tea, the hot water, and then the cover. Watch your tea leaves unfold and steep perfectly. As soon as your tea reaches the desired color, you can place the cover upside down, and use it as a trivet to hold your steeper while you enjoy your tea. You can always place the steeper-infuser basket back and add more water to re-steep your finest teas one or two times more. Hand crafted from GROSCHE medical grade Borosilicate Glass, it is lightweight, strong, and has a lifetime guarantee against clouding. 270 ml (9.12 fl oz) capacity makes it the perfect size for a nice cup of loose leaf tea. You can also use it with small sized flowering teas to see them unfold and steep in this clear cup.
